Your provider and the trimmedi care team will coordinate with the pharmacy that fills your prescription. Each pharmacy maintains its own state board of pharmacy licenses.

A licensed provider within the Usable Health, PC network will review your health evaluation and conduct a telehealth consultation, which may be via live video or asynchronous provider review as determined by your provider in accordance with the telehealth laws of your state. Typical processing and delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Your care team is available throughout your membership at support@trimmedi.com.
No. The trimmedi membership is a self-pay healthcare service and does not require insurance. Flexible payment options are available.
GLP-1 receptor agonists are a class of medications originally developed for type 2 diabetes that have also been FDA-approved (in their brand-name forms) for weight management in certain patients. The compounded versions available through the trimmedi membership are NOT FDA-approved and have not been independently evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Your provider will evaluate your medical history, current medications, and contraindications (including a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 syndrome) to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time. If you and your provider decide to discontinue GLP-1 treatment, your provider may recommend a tapering schedule. Weight regain after discontinuation is common and your provider can discuss strategies for long-term weight management.
Individual results vary. Some members report appetite changes within the first few weeks, with additional changes over the following months. Results depend on your individual health profile, starting weight, adherence to your care plan, diet, and exercise. Your provider will monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
Your trimmedi membership includes telehealth consultations with a licensed provider, a personalized care plan, prescription fulfillment if clinically appropriate, and shipping. All pricing is displayed on our membership plans page.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the trimmedi membership. GLP-1 medications are not prescribed to individuals under 18 through this platform.
Because GLP-1s for weight management are indicated for obesity or overweight with a related condition, your clinician will reassess and may adjust dosing, shift to maintenance, or pause/discontinue depending on your health goals and risk factors.
